what people ask us.
No, never. The Instagram Assistant and the loyalty card work on their own, alongside the diary you already have. The Acuity import only comes into play the day you decide to bring everything together with Teaser. It's an option, not a condition.
Ten minutes on average. The time it takes to export a file from Acuity or authorise the connection to your account, then validate the preview. The import itself takes about a minute, depending on the volume.
Yes, in full. Each client's history is brought over so you keep the context of the relationship: how many visits, which services, what amounts. No record starts from scratch.
No problem. Your Acuity account stays intact during and after the import. Teaser changes nothing on the Acuity side — we only read your data. You can test in parallel, compare, decide at your pace.
